Costs:
Student team member
$350/student (includes lunch and dinner)
Non-team member riding the bus and staying in the hotel:
$350/person (includes sack lunch Wed, Thu, Fri)
Non-team members staying in the hotel (NOT riding the bus to/from Houston):
$350 (includes sack lunch Wed, Thu, Fri)
Example 1:
1 student and 3 family members riding the bus and staying in the hotel:
$350 + $350 x 3 =$1,400.00
Example 2:
1 student and 2 family members. Student riding the bus. 2 family members flying.
$350 + $350 = $700.00
NOTES:
There are mixed details about whether we can use cash in and around the event center. Please have pre-paid gift cards, debit cards, or credit cards for incidentals in and around the event. (Reminder: we will provide lunch)
You’ll room with 2-3 other team members or with your family. ALL SCHOOL RULES APPLY during the entire trip. We trust you to be respectful and responsible!!
Students with family members staying in our hotel block will room with those family members

Bring as little luggage as possible, preferably know more than the carry-on size per person.
